Join us for an unforgettable experience at the inaugural Rick Herrema Foundation West Coast Shootout, taking place on May 24, 2025, in scenic Sun Valley, ID. This unique event features elite U.S. Special Operations shooting instructors with proceeds benefiting the expanding RHF’s presence at Ft. Bragg.
Participants can choose between a one-day or optional two-day program of long-range shooting with world-class instructors, including Special Forces Soldiers with specialized sniper expertise. No prior shooting experience is necessary, as each participant will receive hands-on instruction from some of the nation’s top marksmen.The evening will conclude with a dinner at the Sun Valley Lodge, where you’ll have the chance to learn more about RHF’s mission and get to know your instructors personally.

Last Chance Ranch is a 900 acre ranch located just a 30-minute drive from downtown Sun Valley, Idaho. This beautiful ranch has separate 3 ranges that extend up to 1400 yards with a wide variety of mechanical and stationary targetry. (Transportation between the airport, lodging and Last Chance Ranch will be included)

How much are event tickets?
Ticket prices are $30,000 per shooter.
I’m new to shooting sniper rifles. Is that ok?
Yes. We pair each participant with an Active Duty sniper from Special Operations Command who will guide you through every aspect of the curriculum.
Will I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone who registers for the shoot will need to complete a waiver.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend you bring warm comfortable outdoor clothes and boots for your time at the range. All other materials and supplies necessary for your shooting will be provided. We recommend casual attire for the dining event.
