In this workshop we will focus on strength and stability movements to help alleviate common prenatal discomforts – healing post-delivery (what’s normal/what’s not), carrying your baby, picking up car seats, and more. We’ll talk about returning to fitness after the birth of your baby and common postpartum issues like:

Bring your spouse or a friend and keep it casual in athleisure or yoga wear. You know we love little ones but recommend using our on-site child watch for this session so you can fully focus.
