PASSPORT VIRTUAL PLAYWRITING CLASSES
FREE FOR MILITARY CHILDREN
In this interactive and creative virtual classroom, students will use Zoom Meetings to engage in an introduction to theater and playwriting that runs for eight weeks ending in a virtual final performance for their family on the last class day. Your child will learn how to create an original story while using their imagination and gaining self-confidence along the way!
LOCATION – ONLINE!
**Students will need to have a computer, tablet, or smart-phone and access to Zoom to connect to our virtual classroom.**
Passport for Kids – Playwriting!
Adventure awaits! In this class, students will learn the basics of storytelling and character development! Additionally, students will enter the dynamic world of Superheroes and Villains, and work together to create a “Power”-ful tale of their own!
CFRT’s “Passport Series” offers an introduction to playwriting and performance for children who desire a creative outlet. This Fall, CFRT is proud to host the Passport Series at different venues in the community including Rick’s Place. During the 8-week Series, students will learn how to create, write, and perform an original story while using their imagination and gaining self-confidence!
