Women’s Wellness Retreat

Description

Step away from the everyday and invest in you!

Rick’s Place is hosting a two-day Women’s Wellness Retreat designed for those looking to jumpstart new healthy habits, enjoy the outdoors, relax, or build deeper connections. Open to women and girls (12+) connected to the military community, it’s your chance to pause, breathe, and grow surrounded by nature and a community that understands.

Refresh your body, mind, and spirit with powerful wellness sessions, fun outdoor activities, and self-growth through inspiring talks and genuine community connection. Celebrate yourself and all the incredible women who serve our community, whether in uniform or through daily strength and resilience.

Come alone or bring a friend! Mothers and daughters are warmly welcome to attend together (participants as young as 12 years old may join when accompanied by a parent or guardian).

What to Expect:

  • Inspiring health and wellness sessions from expert speakers
  • Holistic approaches to physical, mental, and emotional health
  • 15-minute relaxing massages
  • Nature walks, scavenger hunts, and gentle yoga
  • Fun games, activities, and prizes — because wellness should be joyful too!
  • Delicious, healthy meals (dinner and breakfast included)
  • An option to camp overnight under the stars

Whether you’re sitting around the campfire enjoying a healthy dessert, sharing laughs during a scavenger hunt, or soaking in new ideas from inspiring speakers, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and reenergized.

Camping Information:

Overnight camping is optional! Limited tents are available to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis. Otherwise, participants are asked to bring their own camping equipment. Not a camper? No problem! You can still come for all the fun, food, and connection without staying overnight.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself — and those around you — is to take a moment to reset. This is your chance to reconnect with yourself, your neighbors, and the beauty of nature.

Things to Know Before You Go:

  • Military ID: Proof of Military Affiliation (such as a Military ID) is required at check-in.
  • Sign-Up Details: Each participant must register individually, and parents must stay with their children throughout the program.
  • Spaces are limited: Don’t wait — grab a spot, pack your yoga mat or walking shoes, and join us for a weekend designed to lift you up.

Take a weekend for yourself to grow stronger, reconnect, and celebrate everything you bring to your community. We can’t wait to see you there!
